Summary: Moses was an international adoption, brought from the rubble of the Liberian civil war to Canada as a four-and-a-half-year-old. He was only five years old when his adoptive parents decided they didn't want him anymore and gave him away to a complete stranger — on the Internet. In this Fifth Estate investigation, Gillian Findlay looks at the unregulated practice of what is euphemistically called “rehoming”.
