Summary: As fall arrived in Canada, hockey fans faced the prospect of a winter without their favourite game. National Hockey League owners locked out their players in a bitter dispute over money. The start of the season was delayed, and some fear the shutdown could be a long one. On News in Review we’ll look at the issues involved. We’ll hear from owners, players and fans, and examine what the shutdown could mean for the future of the game.
