Summary: In part two of the investigation into bus safety, The Fifth Estate takes a look at coach buses. Years before the Humboldt tragedy, Transport Canada was warned that without seatbelts on coach buses, passengers were at unnecessary risk of serious injuries. The warnings were ignored.
