CFL legend George Reed on sports, race and leaving a legacy

Summary: When it comes to Canadian football, few have been as impactful and legendary as former Saskatchewan Roughrider George Reed. The U.S. native, born in the Jim Crow South, brought the province its first Grey Cup and broke every pro-football rushing record in existence. But, as he shared with CBC Saskatchewan reporter Jason Warick, there is a less talked-about, unsanitized version of Reed's story that details the superstar coming face-to-face with the realities of being a Black man in 1960s Saskatchewan.
