Summary: The fourth of a 5 part videorecording describing life on the Esketemc-Shuswap First Nations reserve at Alkali Lake in the Central Caribou, near Williams Lake, B.C. February brings meetings for the Band council with large area companies. Mike and Megga get a TV satellite dish, as Mike's AIDS grows worse and he must spend most of his time at home. Longstanding rifts between the Band and the Treaty Office become deeper, threatening to derail future meetings. The Treaty Office appoints a consultant to analyze the Band's problems, and this does not go over well. A movie company tries to negotiate a deal to do some filming on the reserve, using some Band members.
